Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Ambetter from Sunshine Health Launch COVID-19 Vaccine Initiative

Head Coach Bruce Arians, Ambetter from Sunshine Health Executive Charlene Zein and a pirate have an important message for you.

Healthy young fans, NFL players, and even pirates should get the COVID-19 vaccine to help protect themselves and those around them from COVID-19 – that’s the message the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Ambetter from Sunshine Health are teaming up to share.

In this video, Buccaneers Head Coach Bruce Arians, Ambetter from Sunshine Health Senior Vice President Charlene Zein and Skully the Pewter Pirate kid around about not needing gold coins to get the vaccine (it’s available at no cost to everyone), but it’s a serious message we hope those who are not yet vaccinated will take seriously.

“We’re honored to be an official partner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers not only because they are champions on the field, but because they are champions of community health,” said Nathan Landsbaum, President and CEO of Sunshine Health. “Like Charlene says in the video, even if you are young and healthy it’s important to get the COVID-19 vaccine for the protection of those around you. We all want to return to normal, and more people getting the vaccine is the only way that is going to happen.”
