How to sign up

  1. Click the links below to register for a webinar.
  2. A webinar invitation will be sent to you via email. Once the invitation is received, click on the link provided in the email to register (this step is required for attendance).
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with a link and instructions for joining the webinar.
    NOTE: Please check junk folder if confirmation is not received.
  4. When you join the webinar, the call-in telephone number and an attendee passcode will be displayed.

  2. User Name (numbers only/no dash): Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  3. Password (case sensitive): Password1

Note: The TIN should be entered as numbers only/no dash and Password1 is case sensitive with a capital P and lower case for the other letters with the number 1 at the end. Password1 is now the permanent password for your account.

Sunshine Health’s Town Hall training sessions give providers and their staff the chance to learn that latest about the policies and procedures that affect your patients, practice and business.

Each Town Hall session focuses on one specialty area. But providers can attend all the sessions that interest you.

Providers and their staff can attend every session virtually. But you can also join our hybrid in-person/virtual sessions that will be held in the Sunshine Health Community Connections Centers in Lauderhill, Ocala, Orlando, Miami and Tampa.

Space is limited, so please register in advance by selecting the links below for the sessions that interest you.

If you plan to attend a hybrid in-person/virtual session, please register online and then email your RSVP to Alexandria Cotto.

We’ll cover a variety of topics during the Town Halls, including:

  • The latest provider news, updates and policy changes
  • The most up-to-date guidance on authorizations, billing, claims and other important areas
  • How to find your Provider Engagement Account Manager
  • Information about our vendors
  • We’ll answer your questions and help solve problems and overcome barriers

We’ll answer questions during, and after, each session. We also record sessions, so you and your staff can view them whenever it’s convenient. To view recorded sessions, please select the registration links below.

Our Provider Engagement team offers monthly overview training to support LTC providers that covers topics such as Program Eligibility, Managed Long-Term Care and PDO, Electronic Visit Verification, Hospice Reimbursement,  Assistive Care Services, Web Portals, Critical and Incident Reporting and other Sunshine Health Support Resources for providers.

Sunshine Health offers trainings for both behavioral health and physical health providers in our network at no cost. Our team provides mostly clinical, provider-focused education on topics that are geared towards improving member outcomes. The majority of our clinical trainings also offer behavioral health continuing education units at no cost to the attendee. Trainings are completed via live/virtual instructor led webinars.

  • Completion of Notification of Pregnancy Form: $50 paid for completed notification of pregnancy form submitted through the Sunshine Health Secure Provider Portal.

Sign up to watch/download the recording of the Maternity Provider Incentive Program webinar.

The purpose of this microlearning is to give providers information on the 2020 Behavioral Health Provider Incentive Program by Sunshine Health. 

This training will discuss two behavioral health incentive payments: 

  • follow up visits after hospitalization; and 
  • metabolic monitoring for children and adolescents who take antipsychotic medications
