Please join us for our Provider Town Halls
Provider Town Halls, occur bi-weekly and are provider specific. Sessions are held both virtually and in-person and our registration links will reflect which sessions those are. During our sessions, we provide key updates and information about the health plan. Topics covered include product overviews, provider resources, prior authorization, utilization management, claims submission, contracting, and updates about our vendors. We record sessions, and our registration links can be located below on this page.
Providers can ask questions and have them answered by subject matter experts and leaders from different departments within the organization.
We use a Post Town Hall survey to capture feedback as well as topics providers may want to be addressed in future town halls.
You’ll hear about:
- Updates and/or changes impacting a particular product, provider type or process.
- Our Provider Engagement staff and how they’re here to help support you and ensure you are familiar with the different health plan processes.
- Helpful tips when navigating the secure Provider Portals.
- Claims and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs).
- Available training webinars (including Clinical trainings).
- Available incentive programs.
- Quality and Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS).
