Sunshine Health Awards Grants to 51 Community Organizations Addressing Social Determinants of Health
Date: 08/02/22
Fort Lauderdale, Florida
We are proud to support 51 Community Based Organizations with our Sunshine Health Community Connections Level 1 Resource Grants. These grants of up to $2,000 help organizations throughout Florida provide food, financial help, transportation, domestic violence services, social isolation programs and more to their local communities.
By supporting these organizations in removing barriers to care we are improving social determinants of health for all Floridians, not just our members.
