Sunshine Health Power to Thrive Specialty Plan is a comprehensive program for members living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). Get complete physical and behavioral health services and programs and tools to help you and your family improve your health and quality of life.
A Care Manager will help you get the care you need. They will work with you to develop a person-centered care plan. They will also support you with any health-related social needs.
