Sunshine Health Offers Technology Grants to Providers

Sunshine Health is launching the Provider Technology Grant Program to help our providers improve their technology so they can work on improving the health outcomes of their patients, our members.

The program allows providers to apply for a grant of up to $10,000 from the health plan to acquire and upgrade the technological systems they use to serve their patients. The goal is to help providers improve the hardware, software and systems they use to store patient records, track health outcomes, communicate with us and operate their healthcare organization.

Please follow the application carefully and answer all questions. The grant application asks providers to share some information about their current technology:

  • What system does your organization use to manage patient medical records?
  • What will your organization use this grant for and how will it improve your patients’ health outcomes?
  • What difficulties are you experiencing with your system?
