Important Tips About In-Person Visits with Your Care Manager

We have returned to in-person visits to better support you and your child. Our care managers are vaccinated against COVID-19 to help keep you and your family safe. Here’s what you can do to protect your child, yourself and our care managers during visits:

• Get everyone in your family vaccinated if your doctor recommends
• Wear a mask during visits and in public
• Please notify us if you or someone you’ve been in contact with has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past two weeks
